I am God fearing, health loving, passion seeking, oil droppin, wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend.

Chiropractic has been a life long journey for Dr. Jenna Hardin Hillman. At an early age she was constantly bombarded with ear infections and urinary tract infections; she grew up jumping from one antibiotic to another.  When she was in 3rd grade she was diagnosed with ADD and placed on the highest does of Ritalin the FDA allows.  She battled all the side effects during the 5 years on Ritalin.  When a chiropractor, Dr. Tracy Wilson began treating her and her family. He was able to educate them not only on the harmful effects of Ritalin, but the global effects chiropractic has on the body.  Inspired by the life changes chiropractic had on her and her family's life she decided to become a chiropractor.  She had the pleasure of working with Dr. Wilson for over 2 years before starting Hillman Chiropractic & Wellness.

Dr. Hillman grew up just across the state line in Lovington, NM.  She attended New Mexico State University where she graduated with honors receiving a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a minor in Chemistry.  In 2004, while attending NMSU, she competed and won the title of Miss New Mexico USA.  She went on to compete in the Miss USA pageant in Hollywood, California and placed as a semifinalist. During her reign as Miss New Mexico, she was an advocate for children with disabilities, school programs, and health.  She continued to be an advocate for children with disabilities, following her reign, working for Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville, TX, where she learned American Sign Language.

Five days after graduation from NMSU, she was on her way to Dallas, TX to attend Parker College of Chiropractic.  She graduated from Parker in December 2008.  While at Parker she began to study subjects such as Nutrition, Laser Therapies and Modalities, and Animal Chiropractic. She received her diplomate in Animal Chiropractic, where she studied for three years under Dr. Gene Giggleman, President of the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA), an organization which Dr. Hillman is also a member.  Dr. Hillman currently works with several area veterinarians, and sees animal patients 2 days/week. Dr. Hillman is currently finishing up her research papers to receive her Certificate from the Academy of Family Practice and is one of the few Lubbock female chiropractors certified in Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

She married her long time friend, Travis, in January of 2011.  Together they have a beautiful daughter, Charlee Raye, a son on the way, and a handful of critters.
